Return Policy

We provide a full-service and product guarantee on all items purchased through our store, whether online, via our WhatsApp channel, or through manual orders on social media (primarily WhatsApp).

Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests are only applicable to online and WhatsApp orders within 7 calendar days of purchase. These terms are non-negotiable.

Terms & Conditions:
- No refunds will be provided for sale or discounted items or for the mistake the customer made when purchasing.
- Online Purchases: Refunds for online orders are subject to the following deductions:
  - Courier costs: Deducted at our standard courier rate per trip.
- Refunds are subject to approval after a successful inspection of returned items.
- Items must be returned in the exact condition and packaging as received, with the following requirements:
  - Not worn
  - Not damaged or contaminated
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be paid into the customer’s nominated account within **14 calendar days. Expedited processing is not available.
