**Return Policy**
We provide a full service and product guarantee on all items purchased through our store, whether online, in-store, or via manual orders on social media (primarily WhatsApp).
### **Eligibility for Refunds**
Refund requests are only applicable to online and WhatsApp orders within **7 calendar days** of purchase. These terms are non-negotiable.
### **Terms & Conditions:**
- **No refunds** will be provided for sale or discounted items.
- **Online Purchases:** Refunds for online orders are subject to the following deductions:
- **Handling fee:** 4% of the total purchase value.
- **Courier costs:** Deducted at our standard courier rate per trip.
- **In-Store Purchases:** Refunds are **not permitted** for items bought in-store.
- Refunds are subject to approval after a successful inspection of returned items.
- Items must be returned in the exact condition and packaging as received, with the following requirements:
- **Not worn**
- **Not damaged or contaminated**
- **Free of foreign odors**
- **Refund Processing:** Approved refunds will be paid into the customer’s nominated account within **14 calendar days**. Expedited processing is not available.

**Gift Returns**
- If an item was marked as a **gift** at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a **gift credit** for the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed once the return is received.
- If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.

- **Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.** If a refund is granted, return shipping costs will be deducted.
- Shipping times for exchanged items may vary based on location.
- For items valued over **R1000**, we recommend using a **trackable shipping service** or purchasing **shipping insurance**. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
