Shipping policy

Delivery Method and Duration:

1. Shipments are handled by designated courier company by the CM Exclusives
2. After the order request and completion of the payment, the seller will process the order and hand it over to the designated courier company. 
3. Standard deliver takes 3 to 7 working days as per the policies of the designated courier company.
4. CM Exclusives will make a delivery in accordance to the agreed delivery duration dates to your address. You will be notified once the parcel has been processed and ready for delivery.
5. The product insurance fee may be required if your location is a high-risk area where the courier company charges more for security.
